CHALLENGE: A national retail client requires high impact, in-store price point signs that are expected to change on a weekly basis. These signs drive the client sales at the point-of-purchase so their accuracy per location and item is of great importance.
STRATEGY: We focused on developing a solution to reduce the time to market and eliminate waste. The cornerstone of our strategy was built around a Print-to-Kit workflow, which eliminates the traditional kitting process. By developing a customized application, we also maximize workflow automation through leading edge technology.
RESULTS: The cycle timeframe is reduced to 11 days from 42 days – a savings of 25%. By developing a profile of each location, we deliver exactly what is required, reducing the total sign count by 20%.
