National Financial Institution
CHALLENGE: Mobile account managers are using tablets to communicate offers and to gather prospective customer information. The account managers encountered reluctance and skepticism since there was no signage or brand presence to outline the offer.
STRATEGY: We developed a unique tablet stand integrated with a banner to provide wayfinding, add brand support and highlight the offer. The stand is customized to ensure that the tablet is secure and that the stand is ADA (wheelchair) compliant. The overall message can be updated easily by changing the banner, and the stand can be easily assembled / disassembled for quick setup and portability.
RESULTS: The complete solution resulted in a more customer friendly environment by providing a brand presence with clear communication for the National Financial Institution. As well, prospect interactions increased, enabling the account managers to signup new customers.
